  Interviews with North Dakota "pioneers," ca. 1938–41, ca. 5–6,000 interviews. Perhaps 25–33% of the interviews are with Russian-Germans who came to the United States at the turn of this century. Questionnaire/answer sheets supply names of family members, birthdates, birthplaces, and other information, often supplemented by further biographical data on separate sheets.
