They touch on a variety of topics, including the Bolshevik Revolution and its aftermath, the takeover of foreign banks in December 1917, the moving of the foreign diplomatic and business community from Petrograd to Vologda in the spring of 1918, and the beginnings of foreign intervention in July-August 1918.
