The museum holds a substantial amount of unpublished materials pertaining to the Ukraine. These include: 1 vertical file of letters and literary manuscripts of Father Stepan Musichuk (Musiychuk) (1894–1952), who wrote patriotic poems on the Ukraine; 2 vertical files of materials (including correspondence and a manuscript) by Stepan Ryndyk (1887–1972), a professor of mathematics who wrote satirical pieces; and the partial archives of the Ukrainian community in Chicago, primarily from 1932–33 or earlier (3 vertical files of newspaper clippings, protocols, correspondence, and other materials, some of which pertain to the Ukrainian pavillion at the Chicago World's Fair of 1932–33). The museum also has 5 vertical files of material on outstanding Ukrainian personalities, transcripts of Radio Liberty broadcasts from the 1950s to 1972, the archives of various Ukrainian organizations in Chicago, a large collection of photos concerning the Ukrainian community of Chicago (some on display, others stored), and framed photographs of churches in the Ukraine, on public display.
