There is also one letter to Mrs. Edward Allen Reed (mother of Fanny Hammond), 15 March 1917. The letters are generally brief, accepting or declining invitations to visit or dine with the Hammonds, or letters of thanks after such visits have taken place. In a few, Gabrilowitsch gives details of his concert sehedules and programs.
